Business Relationship Management (BRM) Fundamentals introduces BRM as a capability, role, and discipline. The class is designed to facilitate an understanding of BRM fundamentals and is open to everyone (at any level and from any role) wanting to learn more about interacting with and/or how to achieve success through the BRM profession.

The Organizational Behaviour Management or OBM Foundation course immerses attendees in the principles of Organizational Behaviour Management.
The OBM training and certification program is intended for leaders and managers in organizations, and designed to provide a solid baseline level of knowledge. It equips managers and leaders with the knowledge and skills to successfully adopt and apply a scientifically proven approach to positively changing behaviours.

Following any of our courses or workshops students and organizations frequently choose to add-on a workshop to advance their Business Relationship Management (BRM) Capability. This one-day workshop focuses on determining the foundational elements of your BRM Capability to advance. It addresses the key questions we often get: ‘Where do I start? What actions do I need to take first? Do you have some key examples that
can help me?’.
The Becoming a Value-Focused Organization (VFO) workshop guides participants through a value approach consisting of a full-cycle value optimization framework that works across business functions to ensure that the organization drives towards business success. The value optimization approach and framework are designed to empower business professionals to share ownership of business value by engaging business partners/peers in idea generation (ideation), value planning, and ensuring business value results.
The Business Relationship Management Strategic Partnering approach serves as an addition to BRM Institute’s current BRM certification programs, BRMP® and CBRM®, which are designed to be delivered and received at an individual level.
