BRM Lead & Succeed - Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our learning portal, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• One account per user. Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Access & Use

• Access is granted for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.
• You may not share, resell, or redistribute any course content.
• You must not attempt to copy, download, or scrape platform content without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the portal — including videos, materials, and assessments — is owned by Lead the Pack Consulting or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Platform users are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial, non-transferable use only.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Fees are charged as displayed at the time of purchase.
• Refunds are available up until the start of the course, within 14 days following purchase.
• Transfer of the purchased course to a different student is possible up until the start of the course, within 14 days of purchase. Contact us via Operations@LeadThePaclConsulting.com for either refund or transfer processing.

6. Certificates & Completion

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a course. Lead the Pack Consulting reserves the right to revoke certificates if fraud or misconduct is detected.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post offensive, unlawful, or misleading content
• Use automated tools to access the platform

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform and content are provided "as is." Lead the Pack Consulting is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform and content, including data loss or system failures.

10. Privacy

Your use of the portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
