For training courses with certification attached, we may need to share limited information with the certification body. Before sharing this information, we will explicitly inform you of this and verify information to be shared prior to doing so.
LTP uses an email/marketing automation platform to send communications to students and newsletters to newsletter list recipients. We collect and process information about you if you sign up on our website to receive newsletters. You can withdraw your consent to receive newsletters at any time by clicking on unsubscribe in the newsletter.

LTP may also send communications to students to ask for feedback after they have participated in a training course or workshop in order for us to gain insight on how we can improve our services. Information may be shared with other parties as required to meet Legal Obligations such as to comply with laws, regulations, or legal proceedings.

We believe in protecting the privacy of children. In line with this belief, we do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from persons under 16 years of age, for our training and coaching, and no part of any of our websites or online platforms is directed at persons under 16 years of age. If you are under 16 years of age, then please do not use or access our websites or online platforms at any time or in any manner. We will take appropriate steps to delete any personal information of persons less than 16 years of age, if it was provided directly by them.
