Join (with your team) one of our free sessions  to listen to our leadership coaches Peter Lijnse and/or Elka Schrijver who will describe why Business Relationship Management and Organizational Behaviour Management is important for organizations. Both Peter and Elka have extensive coaching experience with different BRM teams in different industries. They have worked with BRM teams that represent groups in IT, HR and Finance. They are also accredited trainers for the BRM and OBM certification courses and workshops.

BRM Introduction

The Business Relationship Management Executive Brief is targeted towards the CEO, executives, and other business leaders looking to gain knowledge of why and how to leverage their Business Relationship Management capability to move IT, Finance, HR, external partners, and other business functions to converged strategic partners and drive exponential business results consistently across industries.

OBM Introduction ​The Organizational Behaviour Management Introduction is targeted to leaders in the organization that look to further enhance their skills to manage performance in an organization. Used successfully worldwide for over 45 years, OBM has a proven track record of improving organizational performance in every field of business, in hundreds of reported cases. Based on the behavioural science called Applied Behavior Analysis, OBM is the application of this science in organizational settings. Using a 7-step protocol, OBM is targeted to measurably improve performance by focusing on behaviour instead of results only. By this it takes a positive stance towards the design and implementation of organizational change. It also helps leaders recognize and avoid the three common pitfalls of behavioural influence, making current leadership only effective in a mere 0.8% of their efforts of changing behavior. A fact that leaves much room for improvement.

SCHEDULE

These sessions are 2 hours in length. The first hour is focused on a presentation around the need for Business Relationship Management or Organizational Behaviour Management, the second hour is focused on answering your questions. The sessions are confirmed to run.
